Bio Skin Armouring is a skin boosting, bio-stimulation therapy which involves delivering high levels of hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite directly into the dermis.

The treatment product is designed to boost skin volume and density by stimulating fibroblasts which afterwards create collagen and elastin.

The treatment is administered into strategic areas of the face with a canula. The skin's fibres are separated creating channels for easy delivery of the product into the subcutaneous ler of the dermis.

When purposeful injuries are made in the skin, such as the channels created by the canula, the skin automatically works to heal itself by producing new skin cells, collagen and elastin which are essential to keep the skin firm and tight.

The combination of product delivery together with the superficial injuries created by the canula, signal the lower layers of the skin to speed up skin cell production, wich leads to visible facial rejuvination.

This treatment has been dubbed “liquid PDO threads” as it has very similar effects but is far less invasive.

Results can be seen i after the treatment, the skin will appear hydrated, plump and lifted. The stimulation of collagen production will continue over a period of 4 months and at this time the final results will be visible.

The new collagen produced circles the calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres which contributes to an average duration of effect of 12 months. Annual maintenance is recommended.

This treatment is suitable for those with tired skin, fine to moderate wrinkles and / or some muscular and bone shrinkage.

Benefits include visibly reduced wrinkles, fresher, plumper and denser skin, improved skin elasticity, lifted skin, collagen production and bio-revitalisation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Neauvia Organic Stimulate is injected into the dermis to visibly reduce the signs of ageing.

The aesthetic effects of Neauvia Organic Stimulate can last for up to 12 months but this may vary depending on the condition of the skin, the area treated, amount of product injected, injection technique and lifestyle factors such as sun exposure and smoking.

You should be aware that the combination of Neauvia Organic Stimulate with certain drugs that reduce or inhibit hepatic metabolism (cimetidine, beta-blockers etc.) is inadvisable.

Due to the use of a needle, there is likely to be some bleeding at the injection site.

If you have previously suffered from facial herpes, there is a risk that the injections could contribute to another eruption. (facial cold sores).

The following reactions can occur after the injection - redness, swelling, stinging, aching, itching or discomfort upon pressure at the injection site. These reaction may last for several days.

The following rare and more serious complications have been reported after injection with dermal fillers - discolouration of the injection site, necrosis (skin cell death which can lead to permanent scarring), abscess formation, granulomas, hypersensitivity, haematomas and blindness.

lndurations or nodules may develop at the injection site as a result of your own body's rejection to the synthetic hyaluronic acid.

If any of these symptoms persist for more than one week, or if any other side effects develop please report them to your aesthetician as soon as possible so that they can advise the best course of treatment.

Whilst rare, such side-effects and their treatment may last for several months and may necessitate the need for medical attention.
